Online Banking is a quick and easy way to access your accounts. You can check account balances, transfer funds, and make loan payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all from the convenience of your home or anywhere you have secure internet access. With Online Banking, you can view and print your current statement at any time. Online Banking also gives you the capability to download your account information directly into Quicken, Quickbooks, or Microsoft Money.

Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills anytime, anywhere you have internet access. Online Bill Pay allows you to pay one-time bills and schedule regular payments to be automatically processed on the days you choose. Available for demand deposit checking accounts only. Mobile Deposit

Standard Requirements:
  • Online Banking username and password
  • Maries County Bank mobile banking application installed on mobile device
Endorsement Requirements:
In the endorsement area on the back of the check, please include:
  • The Payee's signature (your endorsement)
  • The words "For Mobile Deposit Only The Maries County Bank"

Step by Step:
  1. Launch The Maries County Bank mobile banking app.
  2. Click on "Mobile Deposit Enrollment" under the Transactions Menu.
    *Note: The first time you use this service, you will be asked to review and accept the Mobile Deposit Terms and Conditions before you can continue. Once you accept the agreement, you will be automatically enrolled.
  3. After accepting and submitting the enrollment, LOGOUT and LOGIN by entering your User ID and Password.
  4. Tap "Deposit Check" under the Transactions Menu.
  5. Tap "To Account" and choose the account number you wish to deposit to (includes Checking, Savings, and Loans).
  6. Tap on "Amount" and enter the amount of the check and click SAVE.
  7. Select "Capture Image"
    • To capture the front check image: Place the check, with the front side facing up, on a well-lit surface, free of any clutter.
      *Tip: You might find that you get a more accurate picture of your check if the color of the background is solid and contrasts with your check.
    • Align the check within the box guidelines, making sure the entire check is completely within the guidelines and there is nothing else in the image.
    • Take the picture and the image will be automatically cropped.
  8. Follow the same steps to capture an image of the back of the check. Make sure the check is endorsed and print "For Mobile Deposit Only".
  9. Ensure that the front and back images are of good quality. Once deposit information has been confirmed, press the "Submit Deposit" button.
    *Be aware that incorrect information may lead to review of your deposit and a delay in your deposits being accepted by the Bank. Availability of funds is based on the Funds Availability Policy within your Deposit Account Agreement.
  10. Close out of Mobile Deposit and then LOG OFF Mobile Banking.
*The Mobile Deposit Enrollment link will stay in the Transactions Menu. If you click on it after being enrolled, you will be notified that you are already enrolled.

What happens on our end?
  • Availability of funds is based on the Funds Availability Policy within your Terms and Conditions.
  • You will receive an email -- to the address on file -- notifying that the check is accepted or rejected. If your check is rejected for any reason, the email will contain the reason. If the rejected item was due to missing endorsement, etc., you can correct the error and attempt to deposit again.
The Maries County Bank ATM/Debit card is the quickest and most convenient way to access your checking account for everyday purchases. It’s the quick and easy alternative to writing a check. When you make a purchase with your ATM/Debit card, the money is automatically deducted from your checking account, and all you have to do is enter your pin number or sign the receipt. If you would like to select your personal pin number, call 800.290.7893. Your purchases will be detailed on your monthly statement with the place, date, and amount listed for each transaction.

While traveling outside Missouri, some debit card transactions may be blocked. Please contact The Maries County Bank for further details.

Instant Issue Debit Cards

Our Instant Issue debit card puts a card in your hand fast and conveniently. If you are a new customer needing a card or a current customer needing a replacement, the Instant Issue debit card is a fast way to allow you to use your money quicker. A new card can be ordered from any of our 11 locations. Vienna, St. Robert and Cuba print the cards on-site and are available within minutes. Depending on the type of checking account you have, we offer School Mascot cards, Military cards or the Regular card.
Take control of your account using transaction control. With the quick tap of a button you’ll be able to block or unblock your card, without affecting previous transactions, if your card is stolen, goes missing or you just want to pause it while traveling. This feature not only provides you peace of mind, but also saves you the hassle associated with losing a card. Simply block your card until you find it, then unblock it for instant use. This fast and simple security feature takes fraud safety up a notch.
Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority. The Maries County Bank provide a free service that helps guard against fraudulent use of your Visa debit card. When planning to travel, we recommend that you take two or more methods of payment. With Text Fraud Alerts, you will receive text alerts when suspicious activity is detected on your Maries County Bank debit card. If you receive a "fraud alert," reply "V" or "F" to confirm or deny the activity.

If you reply "F" (the activity is fraudulent), you'll quickly receive a follow up text with a phone number that you'll need to call to discuss the next steps with a SHAZAM fraud specialist. We'll also automatically block your debit card to prevent any additional fraudulent activity.

If you reply "V" (the activity is legitimate), you can continue to use your debit card as normal. If you don't reply to the text, or your phone number is not a mobile number, we'll attempt to reach you via automated voice call.

Telephone Banking allows you to access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all without the need for an internet connection. Textcaster Alert Program

The Maries County Bank and branches are proud to be sponsoring the Textcaster program. The Textcaster program enables you to sign up to receive alerts from the school of your choice by text message or email FOR FREE! The alerts include emergency information, school closings, early dismissals, and school event reminders. Participating schools include Maries R-1 (Vienna), Maries R-II (Belle), Osage R-III (Fatima), and Gasconade County R-II (Owensville). Call any of the participating schools to get set up.

Protect your valuables by applying for a safe deposit box. Safe deposit boxes are fire resistant and protect you from theft. The Maries County Bank offers a variety of safe deposit boxes to meet your needs. Inquire at your local branch for box sizes and prices. Box contents are not insured.

Bring your piggy banks and buckets into our Vienna, Dixon, Owensville, Belle, St. James, Richland, Iberia, Cuba, and St. Robert branches, pour your change into our coin machines and watch the total calculate automatically! We can deposit or convert the coin into paper bills. The service is free of charge for customers. For non-customers, a 5% service charge applies.

Effective Friday, September 15, 2017 the Federal Reserve will accept Same Day ACH DEBITS. This will affect purchases made with your account number, a check converted to an electronic debit or a store debit card linked to your bank checking account.
